We were invited
to go on track with a Porsche group at the California Speedway, of course we
said YES!
The facility was outstanding, the other drivers were great! POC takes
their track days very seriously and they love to drive. We enjoyed sharing
the track with GT2's, GT3's, Cup Cars, 911's of all levels even a new GTR
plus a handful of BMW's it's quite a diverse group!
The track is huge and well thought out pairing tight corners, long
straights and even banked turns making for a wonderfully challenging driving
combination. Needless to say it is a FAST track and through turns 1 & 2 we
could carry just in excess of 170mph!
